/transfer_user
Flexible multi-product endpoint for creating new users. Supports four onboarding targets: registration, debt counseling, loan application, and small loan. Processing is asynchronous — the user receives an email with next steps after the API call. The more data you pass, the more is pre-filled and the higher the conversion rate.
At sufficient volume, an additional integration is available that moves customers straight into the application without any further interaction. Because it meets additional regulatory and technical requirements, you always start with /transfer_user first; the direct variant is then implemented as a custom integration.
